1. Free shipping is not available as standard. We will only be offering free shipping during specified periods (exclusive of taxes and shipping). When a free shipping promotion is running this will be stated on our newsletters and homepage.

2. The following states are excluded from free shipping HI, AK & APO. Canada is also excluded. Sizzix machines are subject to an additional shipping and handling surcharge that the free shipping offer is not valid toward.

3. Orders cannot be delivered to a post office box; a residential address must be provided during online checkout. Orders can only be delivered within the United States except APO/FPO. All APO/FPO shipments are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If a physical address is not provided at checkout, Sizzix will not be responsible for any lost parcels.

4. Please note at Sizzix we are working to get your order out as quickly as possible, but during sale periods dispatch times may be extended to 10 working days.

5. Should you order from your online account with us, you will be provided with tracking information to follow your order's journey.

6. For customers based in the USA and Canada, standard shipping costs start at $14.99 and vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Your order will be sent on a FedEx Ground service, and this cost is inclusive of VAT.
