The machine itself does not need to be sharpened, if your dies are no longer cutting cleanly it is likely an issue with worn out cutting pads/dies. If you are unsure of which cutting pads you need, please contact our customer support team who will be able to identify your machine and make the correct recommendation.</p><p>We sadly no longer offer a die sharpening service or spare parts, apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.</p>
